1. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Other local or installment payment methods displayed at checkout

All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

2. Secure payments (PSD2 compliance)
All online card payments comply with EU Regulation (PSD2 – Directive (EU) 2015/2366) on Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). You may be asked to verify your identity (e.g., via your bank’s mobile app or SMS code) to complete your payment. This ensures the highest level of security for online transactions.

3. Currency and pricing
All prices shown on our website are in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain and the EU. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed separately before checkout.
If you are purchasing from another EU country, the VAT rate applicable in your country of delivery will be automatically calculated at checkout, in compliance with the EU “One-Stop-Shop (OSS)” VAT system.

4. Payment authorization and order confirmation
When you place an order, your payment method will be charged or pre-authorized for the full amount. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. If payment authorization fails, the order will not be completed. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once the payment has been accepted.

5. Fraud prevention
To protect our customers and our business, all payments are subject to automated and manual fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

6. Invoices

1. Delivery areas
We currently deliver free to Spain, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal only. We also deliver to: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States, Canada, Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan. We are working hard to add more countries.


If your delivery address is outside these regions, please contact our customer service at [info@tarotduvin] for availability and shipping rates.

2. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Spain (mainland): 2–5 working days

  • Other EU countries: 4–8 working days

  • US & Canada: 5–10 working days

  • Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan: 5–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (e.g., customs, carrier delays, public holidays). We will always inform you promptly of any delay.

3. Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking details if available.

4. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight or value of your order.
Express delivery options may be available at an additional cost, clearly shown before you confirm your order.

5. Delivery partner and tracking
We work with reliable courier companies such as Correos, Inpost, Mondial Relay, UPS depending on destination and service selected.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your parcel online.

6. Missed or failed delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually make a second attempt or leave instructions for pickup at a local depot or parcel shop. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct to avoid delays or returned parcels.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, we can resend it once additional shipping costs (if any) are paid.

7. Delivery delays or loss
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us. We will liaise with the courier to locate your parcel.
In compliance with EU consumer law, if we fail to deliver the goods within 30 days of your order (unless a longer period was agreed), you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).

8. Risk and ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment is received in full. The risk of loss or damage passes to you at the time of delivery — that is, when you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

9. Split deliveries
If your order includes multiple items, they may be delivered in separate shipments to ensure faster service. You will not be charged extra for split deliveries.
