Returns & Refunds policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier), receive the goods. 2. How to return goods
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days of that notification. You may return the goods by post or via a carrier of your choice; please obtain proof of postage/shipment. If you are returning items under the withdrawal right, please package them securely to avoid damage in transit.

3. Who pays return shipping?
You are responsible for the basic cost of returning the goods if you exercise your right of withdrawal. You will bear the cost of return.

4. Condition of returned goods / diminished value
You are allowed to handle and inspect items as you would in a physical shop (e.g., try on clothing). If you handle the goods beyond this and the goods’ value is diminished as a result, we may deduct an amount from your refund to compensate for the diminished value.

5. Refunds — timing and method
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs for a delivery method you expressly chose over the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may postpone the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent the goods back. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise.

6. Exceptions — when withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products and services, including (non-exhaustive list):
• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain cosmetics).
• Sealed audio, video recordings or computer software when unsealed after delivery.
• Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.
• Contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once the download or streaming has started with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

7. Faulty or non-conforming goods (legal guarantee)
If goods are faulty, incorrectly described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled under the legal guarantee to have the goods repaired or replaced at no charge. If repair or replacement is impossible or cannot be provided within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, you are entitled to an appropriate price reduction or a full refund. Please note that under Spanish law the statutory minimum guarantee period for consumer goods is 3 years (national rules), during which the seller must address conformity issues.
